What products are visitors to MiningWorld Russia interested in?

At the exhibition site, specialists are looking for specific solutions for their tasks. What technologies, services and equipment for mining they are interested in - we will tell you in this news.

MiningWorld Russia 2024 was attended by 8,410 people - an absolute record in the 28-year history of the exhibition. Alrosa, NLMK, MMK, Mechel, Evraz, Nornickel, SUEK, UMMC, Polymetal, Polyus, RUSAL, Severstal and 5,9+ thousand other companies were represented among the visitors.

Specialists are looking for solutions at MiningWorld Russia based on the needs of their companies. Most of them are engaged in the supply of machinery and equipment, spare parts and components, as well as in the extraction of solid minerals.

Accordingly, the majority of visitors - 4,007, or 48% of the total number - were interested in mining machinery and equipment. About 40% of specialists noted the sections with machines and equipment for moving/transportation and processing/enrichment of minerals as interesting to visit.

3,034 visitors (36%) were interested in spare parts, accessories and related materials. Almost the same percentage (34% or 2,863 people) were interested in machinery and equipment for mineral exploration. About a quarter of visitors (from 23% to 27%) were interested in IT technologies, mining safety, engineering, design and service.

More than 5,000 people collectively were interested in construction technologies, power supply equipment, water and air purification systems, laboratory equipment and other solutions.
